This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious. The cheese topping can actually be used for any cooked fruit and makes you feel like youare being really bad, when in fact you are being pretty good.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the top and bottom on the first fig and then slice diagonally across the top three times to form six slices, do not cut all the way through. Repeat for the remaining figs and fan the slices to form a sort of fig flower. Combine the lemon juice and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of honey and sprinkle over the figs. Combine cheeses, cream, vanilla and two teaspoons of honey and mix until smooth, set aside. Bake figs for 8 minutes, or until soft. Serve figs warm with one or two teaspoons of the cheese topping.
