I am an unapologetic omnivore, but a day or two a week that is meat free is a good thing. The thing that I love about the recipes this section though, is they solve the problem of having a combination of vegetarians and meat eaters to dinner. The reason for this is that these dishes don’t leave you feeling like you have missed out on something when you have eaten a virtually animal free meal (vegan’s I applaud you, but have neither the discipline nor the desire to join you). Instead people will leave your table having thoroughly enjoyed a dinner that just happened to not include meat.
